This info is outdated regarding libcapsraster versus libcapsdriver

Their executables are linked against libcapsraster and libcapsprovider and installed into the CAPS Printer Driver Executables Directory from where the Printer Driver Launcher will pick them up, if the corresponding printer device is attached to the host.
They get parametrized from their Device Description INI files from the CAPS Printer Driver Database Directory, from their Driver Feature Configuration INI file in the CAPS Printer Driver Configuration Directory and their device specific config file in the CAPS Printer Device Parameter Directory.
